Return and exchange policy

All bigtree customers can enjoy our 15 day no reason free return service (refund will not include freight). Customers from mainland China, your refund will include the tariff paid when you place an order, sweeping away the concerns of overseas shopping.

To return goods, just log in to your bigtree account and go to the "my orders and returns" page.

① If you order as a tourist, please click here to return.

② If you want to exchange goods, you must return the purchased goods before placing a new order.

Please note: the returned goods must not be worn, damaged and used, with all labels and placed in the original packaging.

When the value of returned goods exceeds 5000 RMB, you need to call Chinese customer service to assist you in return (or customs clearance), please do not arrange return by yourself to avoid delay of your return period; for more details, please refer to our "return and refund" policy;

  • Shoes must be returned in the original brand packaging and transport box.
  • When you try on shoes, please take proper protective measures to avoid leaving nicks on the sole or damaging the shoe box.
  • When trying on shoes, please try them on carefully in a clean place. For example, if the shoes are worn due to the trial, we can't accept the return of worn or stained shoes.

Remarks:

  • Please try on carefully and take good care of the goods you receive, and return them in good condition when you sign. We suggest that you use the original packaging to return the goods to ensure that the goods will not be damaged during the delivery; if there is any non-compliance with the return policy, we will not accept the return.
  • Please note that in terms of overseas sales, since the seller is our overseas related partner, the return refund shall be judged and operated by the relevant partner according to the above return policy.

Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a notice of receipt by email. We will also notify you of approval or rejection

Refund overdue or lost (if any)

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost depends on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumers do not need to bear the freight. No replenishment fee will be charged to the consumer when returning the goods.
